What to Expect
The Pre-Visit
Hello Beautiful!
Let me tell you a little bit about what to expect. We specialize in helping you create a beautiful style for your texture, whether it is just understanding what your hair needs to thrive and be the best it can be for your personality and lifestyle OR helping you create a new look. We can’t wait to meet you!
If you are not sure what you want, you can choose one of these options
OPTION 1
Fill out a digital consultation form
You can answer some questions and submit the form, we will be in touch to recommend what service you should book and guide you in scheduling your appointment.
OPTION 2requesting a
Book an appointment for a Consultation ($30 for 30min)
You can book this service if you are not sure what you want to get done and you would like to give a little more explanation about what your needs are.
Once you book this option you can request a virtual consultation by going to the contact page and send us an email requesting consultation virtual. You must have the zoom app downloaded to your phone or laptop prior to the virtual appointment. It will be required for you to have your camera enabled for this service.

Once you arrive for your Appointment
SALON LOCATION
The salon is located in the newly renovated hub of Downtown Brooklyn. We are located in the beautiful new Beauty Experience Salons By JC . The building is filled with many Hair, Skin, Nails and Wellness professionals. Your beauty Haven awaits.
PARKING
There are several parking lots in the area as well as metered parking.
PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION
We are conveniently located near all major public transportation, The 2,3,4,5,A,C trains, The B25, 41, 45, M103 buses.
IN SALON EXPERIENCE
Upon arrival, you will be checked-in. we will confirm your service choice and go over your expectations before we begin your service. You should expect to get started with your service with 15 mins of your arrival.
We are a friendly, upbeat salon where we believe in spreading LOVE AND JOY!. The vibes are always positive and uplifting, however we create and atmosphere of Peace and Zen so that you can relax and unwind if that is what you need to do.
AMENITIES
We have an array of snacks and beverages that are available complimentary to our guest. Including Wine, Coffee, an array of herbal teas and filtered water.
There is also complimentary WIFI if you need to log-in for work
CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that unforeseen circumstances happen and you may need to cancel or change an appointment with us.
In order to respect the time of both our guests and our staff, we simply ask that you notify us of a cancellation or reschedule no less than 48 hours prior to the appointment.
This allows us ample time to fill the appointment should you need to cancel your service. Appointments that are cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the start of your service, will result in 100% of the cost of services you are reserved for.
PHOTOS, VIDEOS & SELFIES
We love to capture moments! and who doesn’t love a good photo opp. We love to take photos and sometimes an occasional video so we can show our work and our beautiful clients. If you are not camera shy and would like to have your photo taken.
Consider these suggestions:
1.Come prepared with a great lip and/or whatever makes you feel beautiful.
2. Wear a solid color top nothing to dark.
3.We will never take or post your photo or video without your permission and approval.
4.If you capture a great selfie, and you post it please tag us @thehealtyhairloft.
After Goodbye
We hope it is not GOODBYE! We hope it’s “ SEE YOU NEXT TIME”.
We will be in- touch 24 to 48 hours after your appointment to make sure you are enjoying your new look. We will do this via text message and email. Please feel free to respond with any a questions or concerns you may have. If you didn’t book your next appointment we will include the link for you to do so. Remember we book up quickly and we want to keep you looking Amazing all the time!
